- Are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and ensuring the product's quality matches the listing.
- Should be transparent about return and refund policies.
- Must maintain professionalism when interacting with buyers and comply with Zubamall’s verification process.

- Must provide accurate delivery information.
- Are responsible for reading product descriptions and terms before purchasing.
- Should use provided payment gateways for all transactions.
- Must report disputes within a specific time frame, allowing Zubamall to mediate and resolve them.
Product Authenticity and Delivery Times
- Zubamall does not guarantee product authenticity or delivery times as these are managed directly by the sellers. We conduct a verification process to screen sellers, but buyers must interact directly with the vendor for product details. Zubamall is not responsible for any loss resulting from product issues or delayed deliveries.
Payment Methods, Fees, and Commissions
- Zubamall accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments, depending on availability in Nigeria.
- Sellers are charged a small monthly fee of 1000 Naira for maintaining their store on the platform.
- Sellers may also incur a commission on each sale, based on the agreement with Zubamall. Payment processing fees may apply.
Handling Disputes Between Sellers and Buyers
- In case of a dispute, Zubamall verifies the situation by reviewing evidence provided by both parties.
- If the buyer is found to be correct, a refund will be processed. In some cases, the dispute may be resolved in favor of the seller, depending on the evidence presented.
Age Restrictions
- Buyers must be at least 9 years old to use Zubamall.
- Sellers must be at least 18 years old to create a store and sell on Zubamall.
